Contract to Supply Goods
The display of goods on a-bike.co.uk amounts to an invitation to buy. We endeavour to display and describe these goods as accurately as possible. Prices quoted include UK VAT quoted at 20.0%. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice. If products are delivered to you outside the EU you will be responsible for any local sales tax or duties arising from the delivery.
A contract to supply goods between you and us is created only after we have shipped your goods and an email has been sent you by a-bike.co.uk (or a third party contracted by Mayhem UK Ltd) confirming this. This email constitutes order acceptance and completion of the contract between you and us regardless of whether or not you receive the email.
Your order may not be accepted if we cannot authorise your payment or the product(s) ordered are unavailable from stock.
We reserve the right to postpone delivery of your order until payment has been satisfactorily received.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us for a refund or replacement within 30 days of purchase, within the reasons and terms as set out below:
Change of heart
If you change your mind you can return a product to us provided it is unused and in perfect condition with the original packaging. Products that are marked in any way or with worn down parts cannot be refunded. If you try an A-bike before sending it back please do somewhere clean, preferably indoors to avoid any such marking.
Please retain your proof of postage when returning items back to us as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

Faulty or defective items
If you return a product that is faulty we will happily refund the cost of returning it us or alternatively arrange a collection on you behalf where possible. If you believe an item to be faulty please email us first at email@example.com explaining what the fault is and how it happened. We can then issue you with a Fault Reference Code. We do test all items returned because of a fault and cannot make a full refund if we believe the product has been damaged due to mis-use and not due to a fault.
Refunds and replacements
If we have received your item back and you are due a refund of replacement from us we will endeavour to process this within 7 days of receipt of the item but please allow up to 28 days.
